GOLD MARCH ELEVATE

High-Performance Principles.

Real-World School Solutions.

Better Athletes. Better Coaches. Stronger Programs.

ELEVATE is a practical athlete-development and coach-education system designed for the realities of school athletics.

We help schools build stronger, faster, more powerful, and more capable athletes while supporting the coaches responsible for their development.

ELEVATE combines adaptable training programs, competition-based scheduling, and ongoing professional consultation to help schools make better use of the time, facilities, and coaching resources they already have.

More than a collection of workouts, ELEVATE is a partnership designed to develop athletes and the coaches who lead them.

What Your School Receives

A Supported Athlete-Development Partnership

ELEVATE is designed to provide more than a subscription to training content.

A season-long ELEVATE partnership is structured around the following components:

PROGRAM ONBOARDING

An initial discussion of your school's athletic environment, facilities, equipment, athlete experience, coaching resources, and competition schedules.

ADAPTABLE TRAINING PROGRAMMING

Access to structured training options designed to develop strength, speed, power, movement competency, and other transferable athletic qualities.

FULL AND MICRODOSE OPTIONS

Flexible sessions that allow coaches to adapt physical development to available time and competitive demands.

COMPETITION-RELATIVE WORKOUTS

Programming organized around upcoming competitions rather than fixed weekdays.

SEASONAL DEVELOPMENT FRAMEWORK

A four-phase structure covering preseason, early season, midseason, and playoffs.

COACH EDUCATION

Exercise instruction, programming explanations, coaching principles, and practical resources that support effective implementation.

WEEKLY CONSULTATION

A scheduled 20–30-minute meeting with Gold March to review training, discuss athlete needs, answer questions, and plan adjustments.

ONGOING PROGRAM SUPPORT

Programming modifications and professional guidance informed by coach observations, athlete responses, and changing team circumstances.

SEASON-END REVIEW

An opportunity to evaluate implementation, identify successful practices, and plan improvements for future seasons.

The specific implementation is adapted to the school's circumstances and the agreed partnership scope.

Our measure of success extends beyond completed workouts. We want schools to develop more capable athletes, more knowledgeable coaches, and stronger systems that endure.

Built Around Competition, Not the Calendar

The Right Workout for the Right Day.

Traditional training programs often assume that athletes can train on the same days every week.

School sports rarely work that way.

ELEVATE uses a flexible, competition-relative programming system. Instead of assigning workouts to fixed weekdays, coaches select sessions based on the number of days before or after competition.

Full and Microdose options provide additional flexibility within the system.

When schedules change, coaches can select a more appropriate workout rather than forcing athletes through a rigid training plan.

For athletes competing several times per week or participating in multiple sports, the system allows coaches to adjust training exposure based on total workload and individual readiness.

The schedule serves the athlete. The athlete doesn't serve the schedule.

Training That Fits Your Schedule

Full Workouts When Time Allows.

Microdoses When It Doesn't.

School athletes operate within demanding schedules. Practices, competitions, travel, academic commitments, and multiple sports create challenges that traditional strength and conditioning programs often fail to accommodate.

ELEVATE provides two complementary training options.

FULL WORKOUTS

Comprehensive training sessions that develop the physical qualities essential to athletic performance.

Sessions integrate strength, speed, power, movement competency, and other athletic qualities according to the training phase and athletes' developmental needs.

Full workouts provide opportunities for more complete physical development when schedules and athlete readiness allow.

MICRODOSE WORKOUTS

Short, purposeful training sessions, typically around 15 minutes, designed to fit into existing practices, warm-ups, or available training windows.

Microdoses focus on carefully selected activities that provide meaningful training exposures without creating unnecessary additional demands.

They help coaches maintain continuity in physical development during busy competitive periods when longer workouts may be impractical.

Microdosing isn't simply doing less. It's identifying the most valuable training stimulus for the time available.

Both formats support the same long-term objectives, allowing coaches to maintain a coherent development plan throughout the season.

Development Across the Entire Season

A Plan That Evolves With Your Team.

ELEVATE organizes training around four practical seasonal phases.

PRESEASON — Build the Foundation

Establish physical preparation, develop movement competencies, introduce appropriate strength and power training, and build consistent training routines.

EARLY SEASON — Establish Consistency

Integrate athletic development into practices and competition schedules while reinforcing technique, training habits, and appropriate progressions.

MIDSEASON — Adapt and Maintain

Manage congested schedules and accumulated fatigue while maintaining valuable training exposures and adapting to changing athlete needs.

PLAYOFFS — Prepare to Perform

Emphasize readiness, movement quality, and maintenance of key athletic qualities while minimizing unnecessary fatigue.

These phases provide a repeatable framework rather than a rigid calendar.

Developmental and Varsity programming options accommodate differences in athletic experience, training age, and physical readiness.

Athletes progress according to their capabilities and training responses, not simply because a certain number of weeks have passed.

The objective is continuous, appropriate athletic development — from the beginning of the season through the final competition.

A Coaching Partnership — Not Just an App

Weekly Consultation. Ongoing Support. Better Coaching Decisions.

ELEVATE is designed to strengthen the capabilities of the coaches already working with your athletes.

Gold March provides the programming, technical expertise, educational resources, and professional guidance. Your coaches provide the relationships, daily instruction, and understanding of their athletes.

The ELEVATE partnership includes a weekly 20–30-minute consultation with Gold March.

These meetings create a practical connection between training theory and the realities of your team's season.

This creates an ongoing feedback loop between athletes, local coaches, and Gold March.

Rather than simply following workouts, coaches develop a deeper understanding of why particular activities are selected, when they are appropriate, and how to adapt them.

Our goal is not to replace your coaches. It is to help them become even better coaches.

Every week becomes an opportunity to develop both athletes and the people leading them.

Built for Schools. Supported by Communities.

High-Quality Athlete Development Shouldn't Depend on a Large Budget.

ELEVATE was developed with an understanding of the challenges facing small and rural schools.

Athletes frequently participate in multiple sports. Coaches balance numerous responsibilities. Dedicated strength and conditioning specialists may be unavailable, and athletic budgets are often stretched.

Gold March works with schools to develop practical partnerships that fit their resources and priorities.

Potential funding sources include school professional-development funds, athletic department resources, booster organizations, local businesses, community sponsors, and blended funding arrangements.

Our aim is to make high-quality athlete development accessible while building local coaching capacity.
